STANDARD CONDITIONS

Minestaff maintains a database of mining professionals who work on short or long term contracts. This register is constantly expanding and is regularly updated.

Placement Procedure

An organisation requesting personnel, supplies Minestaff with the required specifications of the position (e.g. qualifications, experience, language, proficiencies, etc.). Minestaff then provides a list of suitable candidates, the details and CVs of which are forwarded to the client. Once the client has selected potential candidates for an interview, Minestaff will put the two parties in touch with one another, leaving the responsibility of selection up to the employer.

Placement Fees

In the event of a candidate referred by Minestaff, accepting an offer of employment, a fee shall be payable to Minestaff by the client.

Permanent Placement

A single payment, calculated at 15% of the annual salary package of the applicable candidate, payable 30 days after the start of employment.

Contract Placement

Calculated at 17,5% of the contract fee and for the duration of the contract. Fees are payable monthly in arrears.

General

The employer undertakes to keep Minestaff informed about the commencement, progress and termination of any contract of employment.

Where a company is supplied with a contract person by Minestaff, the company undertakes not to employ the same person again for a period of 12 months except through Minestaff.

It should be understood that any candidate presented by Minestaff, unless he previously and independently submitted his application to the company, may not be employed by that company other than through Minestaff.

Employment of a contract or salaried candidate supplied, by Minestaff, signifies the clients acceptance of the conditions.
